My mum guilt

Amid turbulent times for the royal family, Kate Middleton has steadily been staying the course, throwing herself into managing motherhood and a ramped-up workload. Her past month has been a whirlwind, traveling to the four corners of the UK promoting a new initiative for early childhood development. One morning, she was feeding baby lambs on a farm in Northern Ireland before making her way to prepare food in a cafe benefiting the homeless in Aberdeen, Scotland. In her wake, she’s winning fans, charming children – and scoring points with her husband, Prince William.

“The Cambridges are busier than ever since Harry and Meghan left,” a source told Us Weekly. “You’d think their hectic schedule would put a strain on the marriage, but it’s actually brought them closer together.”

In a revealing interview on the Happy Mum, Happy Baby podcast, the duchess, 38, candidly opened up about her own experiences of motherhood and family life starting with how she turned to “hypnobirthing” for the deliveries of her three children, George, 6, Charlotte, 4, and 22-month old Louis.
