This super-simple workout by YouTube fitness expert Lucy Wyndham-Read can even be done in front of the TV!
Toning your legs doesn’t mean you have to head off to the gym and spend hours sculpting those thighs. Just choose the right moves and you can get perfect pins in as little as 10 minutes in the comfort of your home.
This plan works on five moves and these toning exercises are specially designed so they tighten every inch of your legs and give that booty a lift as well. You will not only love the way your legs look but will also notice a few more extras from this workout:
• You may lose a few inches if you follow this routine five times a week for a few weeks because these moves increase the amount of calories your body is burning, melting off excess body fat.
• If you do this alongside eating lean, any cellulite you may have will start to reduce as you lose excess body fat – drinking plenty of water helps flush away toxins too.
• When you are out walking or climbing the stairs you will notice that your legs seem to have more power and endurance as your muscles become stronger.
The five moves I have created are going to be engaging all the key muscles to sculpt your legs: your inner and outer thighs, hamstrings and quads. This routine also engages these muscles through three different ranges of motion: forwards and backwards, out to the side and rotationally; the benefit of this is super-sculpted and perfectly toned legs from every single angle.
