Is it really possible to shave years off your age without surgery? Eight famous faces are trying to do just that in ITV’s four-part series, 100 Years Younger in 21 Days, in which they go to a clinic on the island of Sardinia, home to one of the world’s oldest populations.

The celebrities are scientifically assessed to see how their body, face and brain ages compare to their real ages. They then undergo a strict exercise and diet regime, and some quirky youth-boosting treatments, in an attempt to collectively reduce their test scores by a century.

Here, two soap legends, EastEnders favourite June Brown, 91, and former Emmerdale and Corrie star Claire King, 55, tell TV Times how they got on…
