Having previously been given the all-clear after treatment for breast cancer, mother-of-two Lisa Keech was 48 when she was diagnosed with terminal cancer. She was told she has just 12-18 months to live. ‘I’ve been given a heads-up,’ she says.

Lisa is one of 12 people with terminal illnesses who share their stories in BBC2’s life-affirming documentary A Time to Live.

One of Lisa’s biggest concerns is how her teenage daughters will deal with the loss of their mum, but she is determined to make the most of the time she has left with them.
