Last year, Mo Gilligan became the first black British comic to front a prime-time TV show in over two decades. His Friday-night C4 series, The Lateish Show with Mo Gilligan, was a big hit and won a BAFTA TV award. Now, in a one-off documentary, the stand-up wants to celebrate the black performers who inspired him.
