Concern is growing for the rapper’s mental health after strange social media posts

The Collapse of Kanye

IT’S like unwittingly watching a multiple car pile-up in slow motion and then replaying it again and again.

Because Kanye West’s battle with his inner demons is there for all to see – Instagram and his liberal use of it have made sure of that.

Lately the billionaire rapper and businessman has been feeding an almost nonstop stream of disturbing content onto the social media platform at all hours of the day and night.

He’s been sharing screenshots of private messages to his estranged wife, reality TV star Kim Kardashian, repeatedly stating his desire to reconcile. He delivered a truckload of roses to her for Valentine’s Day and told the world about it on Instagram.

He’s attacked her boyfriend, Pete Davidson (28), posting a private conciliatory note the Saturday Night Live comedian sent him and then writing derogatory messages directed at him.

It’s safe to say even Ye, as he officially changed his name to in October last year, knows things are going badly for him.

“God, please watch over me and keep my mind sane. I could use it right now. To anyone who feels alone, I’m with you and I love you,” the 44-year-old dad of four wrote in a post, which has since been deleted.

Internet users have been having a field day, laying into Ye and turning many of his posts into memes. British actress Jameela Jamil hit back at them, writing a lengthy post on Instagram appealing for compassion.
