Keep maple syrup, plant-based butter, and hot sauce on the table to jazz up the whole feast.

Avocado Toast Tater Tots

4 cups frozen tater tots

Cooking spray

1 avocado

1 tomato

1/2 cup microgreens

1/4 to ½ teaspoon Indian black salt or Himalayan pink salt

1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional)

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees, and place the frozen tots on a parchment-paper-covered baking sheet before lightly coating them with cooking spray.

2. Bake the tots for 15 minutes, tossing them every 5 minutes, until they're golden brown. Let them cool for a few minutes before throwing them in a serving dish.

3. Thinly slice the avocado and tomato, and layer them on top of the taters.

4. Top with microgreens, fancy salt, everything bagel seasoning, red pepper flakes, and a drizzle of your favorite hot sauce.
