Working out can provide the very foundations of self-care. We move to make our body and our mind feel good, to release the negative energy, and to refuel ourselves with positivity. However, with the seven-day-a-week job called motherhood, it's close to a miracle for some moms to even find time to head to the gym.
To get a few tips on balancing wellness and motherhood, we talked to mothers who reminded us that it doesn't matter if you still have abs after giving birth or if you can still deadlift after taking care of your baby the whole day. What matters is finding a way to stay healthy and fit at your own pace.
