For the majority of my life, I had seen spirituality as a bit of mystic fun on the side. But as time has passed and I have 40 years to look back on, I’m beginning to understand that spirituality is the whole point of life and not just the pack-of-tarot-cards accessory.
A disclaimer: if the word “spirituality” makes your toes curl in your socks, feel free to replace it with “connection” or “meaning”. What I’m talking about is simply finding meaning in a very messy modern world and realising that our connection to others and nature is how we will seek true wellness.
