At the beginning of 2017, I was elated when I started my new fitness routine. My trainer assured me results would be visible within three months. After putting in the hard work and sticking to a wholesome healthy lifestyle, I noticed some changes, but not what I had anticipated. I slowly started missing my sessions and I also became less deliberate about eating healthy. Then one day, I watched Lori Harder on Ted Talks, and realised that there were other ways in which one can embark on and maintain a healthy lifestyle, and stay motivated.
1 CHANGE YOUR MINDSET.
Try to look at wellness as an active process as opposed to an end result. The journey to looking your best should be a cycle in which you appreciate the small steps that contribute towards living your best life.
