One such innovation is the beloved three-ingredient ice cream bread, made with softened ice cream, self-rising flour and a touch of additional sugar. Create the tender novelty with any flavor you like—think butter pecan, vanilla or chocolate chip-but be sure to use the full-fat version. Each scoop of melty goodness combines with the self-rising flour (i.e., all-purpose flour mixed with baking powder and salt) for a can't-get-any-quicker quick bread.
