* FROZEN Thinly slice 4 radishes and cut ¼ of a grapefruit into tiny wedges and juice the rest. Divide the radish and grapefruit wedges between an ice cube tray then pour over the juice and top up with water. Freeze until solid and serve in your G&T to wow guests.
* ON TOAST Toast 4 slices sourdough bread. Spread 80g cream cheese between the toasted bread then evenly distribute 120g sliced radishes on top. Garnish with a sprinkling of salad cress, salt, pepper, olive oil and the zest of ½ lemon.
