For over a decade, VJ, television personality and actor Rannvijay Singh Singha has captivated the fancy of the Indian youth. This charismatic man is also a fitness enthusiast.
Rannvijay Singha is a very busy man but he never gets into the lazy zone. In between his constant travels, film and television shoots and projects, he keeps himself challenged. Excerpts from a freewheeling interview with him:
Given our hectic lifestyles, we generally forget all about our health. Any tips help us keep motivated to work out and stay fit?
Today’s lifestyle is really hectic, but the good thing is that most of us are becoming aware of the importance of a healthy body. Fitness is a trend that’s catching up fast. What’s great that more people are talking about eating healthy and activities that can keep us fit. What I feel is that we keep up with something that we enjoy. And when you enjoy what you do, it does not feel like a chore or something that has to be done You are up for it without persuasion.
What is that you enjoy the most?
I love sports. I not only enjoy it but it also keeps me fit.
Your profession involves a lot of travelling. How do you keep up with fitness and diet regime?
