Today it is one of the famous IVF centers, gynae laparoscopic surgery, and urogynaecology treatments. It is a 50 bedded hospital with state of the art facilities. The hospital uses the advanced technology called the OR 1 which is the first of its kind in Karnataka. The hospital also uses the ‘pendant’ system and all the pieces of equipment are hung from the ceiling with the help of cables. These pendants can rotate 360 degrees in the operation theatre. With the help of the OR1 system, all the functions can happen without any interruption.

Q- We all have an opinion that just like leaders, doctors are also born and not made. What is your view on this?
A- I personally feel that only because of their passion a person becomes a doctor. In my case, I wanted to become a doctor right from my childhood probably from 3rd or 4th standard I dreamed of becoming a doctor. So this dream and passion are the only things that can make one a good doctor.
