My Fitness Journey
I always wanted to be an actress in Hollywood but then I realised that I am probably better behind the scenes, than on camera.
I started my career as a gymnast and sports trainer, and have been into fitness for 30 years now. My training ensures that you don’t perform extreme workouts for few days to prepare for a role, which can affect the body adversely. I start slow and gradually increase the intensity.
