2018 is just round the corner and once again it is that time of the year to make a resolution never meant to be broken!
Fitness is the most important areas one makes a resolution in, and with that starts the hunt for ways to keep fit.
The coming New Year promises to have many new fitness trends such as:
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
Each year, as we progress professionally and get busy, our health and fitness regimes take a backseat. The need of the hour is for a form of exercise that takes less time and is result oriented. HIIT is an interval training having cardiovascular exercise alternating with short periods of intense anaerobic exercise and less intense recovery periods.
One can easily benefit from it in terms of improving cardio vascular conditioning, strengthening, core stability etc. So in the coming New Year, HIIT should be a part of the must try list.
