We Indians never prioritize fitness for our kids. So let’s see some basic things you as a parent or a teenager should know about your fitness journey.

First things first: SHOW FIRST AND THEN EXPECT

Fitness is a lifetime commitment! And if you want your kid/ teenager to be fit, better set an example in the house. Start working out every day, or at least most days of the week, in the morning when everyone is in the house. Looking at you, your kids will pick up the idea and follow your footsteps. Recollect your memories about yourself as a teenager, this is the age when you are very receptive to all the sources of influence around you.
