“My fitness mantra is to not push myself too hard, which I am guilty of sometimes. I work out five times a week. Besides, I am married to a sportsperson so I guess I don’t have too much of a choice as he keeps me fit.”

“I like to keep changing my fitness routine. Currently, I am doing two days of workout on the ballet bar, three days of gym with functional and high intensity training, and two days of yoga. So I believe in having a balanced fitness routine.”
Diet“I am a vegan and I don’t believe in starving myself and going on a rigid diet. I take utmost care of what I eat.”
