Skin and haircare therefore need to be altered in keeping with the season’s demands. Here’s how you can do that…
1. Use moisturizing, creamy face and body washes that hydrate and don’t strip the skin of its essential oils.
2. Moisturize with a body emollient containing ceramides and/ or paraffin that forms a barrier on the skin, prevents evaporation and retains water. This is especially good if you have dry, scaly skin or are prone to developing eczema and psoriasis.
