Mon to Fri: 6AM TO 12MN;

Saturdays: 6AM TO 9PM;

Sun/Holidays: 8AM to 9PM

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME TO ENROLL IN A GYM. DO YOU HAVE A PROGRAM FOR BEGINNERS?

Yes! All new members can avail of free 3Ws and 1NC.

I CANNOT AFFORD A PERSONAL TRAINER. WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST?

Other options include Gold’s Group Exercise (GGX classes) or Team Physique where a PT trains a group of 2 - 5.
