Live in the Present Moment

Life is beautiful and we must enjoy each moment of our life. Life moves at its own pace and we must learn to flow with that pace. If we learn to be in the present moment, we will be able to achieve stability of mind. Regular meditation practice can help us to remain in the present moment. Meditation teaches us to focus on one object for a long duration. By focusing on one object, we get used to concentrating on our target and being in that line of thought.
