Fight and flight

NORMALLY farming is lots of routine activity planned well in advance, doing things that lead to the smooth running of the farm. However, this past month has not been like that. The routine has been upended by sheep mayhem, and I seem to be constantly reacting to events rather than controlling what's happening. At the same time, yarn shows have restarted up and down the country, and so I have been away from the farm a lot, leaving things to run in my absence. I cannot help but feel that this has let some things get out of hand...
