A Barn Full Of Blessings

Merriam-Webster defines a barn as “a usually large building for the storage of farm products or feed and usually for the housing of farm animals or farm equipment.”

Such was the case for my great-grandparents’ barn in Lumberton, Mississippi, which is now long gone. But my family’s modern-day barn—built in the shadow of the original—takes the “usually” part of the definition to heart. Usually, but not always. Sometimes a barn houses love.
