A home away from home with ocean vistas and world-class comfort

Reflecting the high-end lifestyle that is synonymous with Cape Town’s “Riviera”, this Atlantic Seaboard apartment exudes luxury and contemporary style.

The owner wanted a lock-up-and-go home that would comfortably accommodate the whole family when they are in Cape Town. Situated right on the water’s edge with breathtaking sea views, this villa offers that and so much more. As well as the superior finishes and Italian appliances, the apartment offers a rim-flow pool, basement parking – a rare commodity along this strip of beachfront – and a restaurant, supermarket, and pharmacy on the ground floor.

The owner was keen to decorate the apartment in keeping with the grandeur of this Atlantic Seaboard apartment while still creating a home away from home. So he entrusted the décor to a company he had worked with previously.

This team was heavily involved in all aspects of the interior, arranging for a frameless sliding door with bronze-colored glass to be installed in the main bathroom and the creation of a study nook with the same concept.
