CHALLENGING POVERTY A KEY PRIORITY FOR FOUNDATION LAST Sunday marked the culmination of Challenge Poverty Week, a national anti-poverty campaign which sees charities across Scotland uniting to showcase solutions to inequality and disadvantage.
Celtic Football Club was established as a means of aiding the poor and hungry of Glasgow’s East End – and in the present day, tackling poverty remains a core aim for the club’s charitable arm, Celtic FC Foundation.

CashBack: Gateway to Employment
Delivered by Celtic FC Foundation and funded by Scottish Government’s CashBack for Communities initiative, Gateway to Employment is a bespoke employability and personal development project. The project ultimately aims to reverse cyclical patterns of worklessness and prevent recidivism.
