Tried & Tested: Hydrating Skincare Products

QuSome Moisture Gel Cream by b.glen, $86

I enjoyed using this moisturiser. It feels super light on my skin, while still keeping it hydrated. Formulated with collagen and hyaluronic acid, the brand’s exclusive QuSome skin-penetrating technology is used to transport the ingredients deep into the skin. The gel formula is perfect for my dry skin and it doesn’t cause a breakout. Overall, I experienced softer and more hydrated skin. Loved it! – Michaela Bisset, Digital Content Executive

QuSome Moisture Rich Cream by b.glen, $103

I loved the way this cream glides on. It’s rich in texture without being heavy, and only a pea-sized amount is needed to moisturise the whole face. It boasts an age recover complex, which is a unique blend of ingredients to help firm up the skin and boost elasticity – exactly what I need at the moment. I’ve been using this in the day, but I really love how my skin feels in the morning after using it the night before. My skin seems softer and brighter, and I feel that it hydrates perfectly so that my makeup application is smoother. – Jacqui Young, Integrated Communications Manager

Bareskin Facial Elixir, $55

I’ve been using this facial oil for a couple of months, and I’m now down to the last few drops. Made in Singapore with 100 percent organic jojoba oil, the paraben and preservative-free serum nourishes and balances the skin well. The trick is to not use more than what’s needed – three to four drops is sufficient – and you’ll find that it absorbs easily without feeling greasy.
