Already, the former royals-turned-LA residents have netted a monster US$150 million Netflix deal and purchased a multimillion-dollar Santa Barbara mansion.

Now, sources reveal that Harry, 35, and Meghan, 39, are preparing to enact the next phase of their new Los Angeles life by undergoing dramatic Hollywood-style makeovers. In fact, celebrity surgeon Dr. Dave David believes that Meghan has already dabbled with a variety of enhancement procedures.

“She’s definitely had veneers early on in her career and it does look like there’s been a slimming of her nose over time,” notes the Boston based surgeon.
