THE REALITY STAR SHARES HER EXCITING PLANS FOR THE FUTURE

She is known as one of My Kitchen Rules ’ most controversial contestants and her return to MKR: The Rivals hasn’t been any different. But, while she often finds herself at the centre of drama on the show, real life is very different for Sophia, who prefers to stay out of the limelight and focus on running her own dance studio.

“Despite what people think, I don’t love attention,” Sophia, 36, tells New Idea.

“I love being behind the scenes, but I keep finding myself in front of the camera.”

Indeed, not only is this the second time she has appeared on the hit cooking drama, previously starring in Season 4 with pal Ashlee, she also went on to compete on Dancing with the Stars in that same year.

Little did she know at the time, by appearing on the show she would end up meeting her now fiancé, Carlos.

“Dancing with the Stars really ignited my passion for dancing,” says Sophia.
