Indulge in food and wine with Reservations In Paradise, a gustatory weekend affair courtesy of Bacchus International and Shangri-La Boracay Resort and Spa
This one-of-a-kind weekend has become an annual tradition that is known to create and deliver experiences worth craving. It is not just one special meal that is seared to memory, but an entire adventure that sweeps you off your feet. Guests enjoy a world-class stay at this Shangri-La property, which is made extra special with breakfast, lunch, and dinner for all three days, featuring internationally acclaimed food and beverage prepared by top-shelf talents. We were also provided with a bracelet, signifying access to unlimited wine for the weekend. The experience is perfect for culinary enthusiasts and connoisseurs who truly know their way around a wine menu, as well as a delightful one for those who wish to learn more.
Day 1
We stepped off the plane and into Shangri-La’s private speedboat, which glided along Boracay’s rehabilitated pristine waters, allowing us to take in views of the island’s white sand shores. The speedboat then took a turn into the secluded idyll that is Shangri-La Boracay Resort and Spa, where we saw hillsides peppered with tree-top villas and a dock humming with the pounding of local drumbeats as the resort welcomed its guests.
