NEW BOUTIQUE GYMS
01 The Peach Lab
Location: Al Manara
A toned booty has been a thing long before Sir Mix-a-Lot revealed he liked big ones back in 1992. So, it makes sense that firming, toning, and plumping the derriere is oft desired. Step into pictureperfect The Peach Lab, the first ladiesonly boutique fitness studio designed to specifically transform your peach. There are three classes to choose from: Lean (combining HIIT and glute workouts), Perky (bodyweight and resistance exercises) and Juicy (heavier weight and glute isolation movements). With that little lot you’ll have a killer bod in no time.

02 Inspire 2.0
Location: Gate Avenue at DIFC
Yoga and Pilates brand Inspire opened a brand new studio in DIFC last month offering a variety of yoga, Pilates, and fitness classes including hatha, vinyasa, power yoga, ashtanga, and jivamukti. Inside, there are two large rooms. The first has infrared heating with back lit Himalayan rock salt walls. Why? When heated, Himalayan rock salt is said to release negative charged ions helping the body reduce stress, increase energy, and improve your mood. There’s also a community library with books about yoga and meditation, a smoothie bar, changing rooms with rain showers, and private lockers.
