Once a weak and skinny kid, Kit Mah is now a hot fitness icon and TV star
When Malaysian fitness personality Kit Mah started hitting the gym at age 15, he not only started a journey to transform his body; he also transformed his life.
Once frail and underweight, he got fit with training and landed his first commercial modelling gigs at a relatively young age – thanks to a gym buddy who brought him to a casting house. With a newfound physique and confidence to boot, he went on to snag jobs in the entertainment industry – gaining the opportunity to travel on the job and inspire others as a model-actor-host.
But the ripped multi-hyphenate isn’t just a hot jock. In fact, he’s an Engineering graduate and holds a full-time day job as a project manager in a reputable MNC that he’s been working at for the past 8 years. Even as a child, he always had a curious mind, and would dismantle his toys and capture insects from the ground. Fun fact: his childhood ambition was to be a Scientist.
