A SERIES OF events have been organised to celebrate the 400th anniversary of a Derry school.
Foyle College is this year marking the landmark occasion with a wide range of events.
The school, which currently operates from campuses at Duncreggan Road and Northland Road, has a long and acclaimed history.
However, it is now looking forward to a bright future as the school prepares to move to a single campus at Limavady Road.
Work on the new campus is continuing and it is expected to open in September.
As preparations continue for the move to the new campus, Foyle College has also organised a number of events to mark its 400th anniversary.
A concert featuring young musicians from the school was held in the Guildhall last week.
A reunion lunch for former pupils of the school will be held in the Bishop’s Gate Hotel in Derry on Saturday, April 1.
Another reunion event will be held in London on Friday, April 28.
It will take place at the Farmers Club in Whitehall.
