While varioussocial welfare schemes have been launched by the State Government, those of the Central Government have been implemented in right earnest to extend the hand that helps the poor and the needy in the true spirit of Antyodaya, a comprehensive reach-out to the poorest of the poor and the vulnerable. Social and economic uplift constitutes the cornerstone of these schemes.
The Haryana Government is determined to uplift the poorest of the poor families and raise their standard of living. Drawing inspiration from the Antyodaya Abhiyan of the Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi, the Chief Minister has launched ‘Mukhya Mantri Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana’ to identify poor families and increase their annual income.
