Fergie Fretting At Lost Points
DONCASTER ROVERS manager Darren Ferguson insisted he will never be happy with only picking up one point at home despite holding League One leaders Peterborough United to a goalless draw.
The Posh had come into the game with a 100 per cent record and the most potent attack in the third tier, but Rovers kept them quiet for the vast majority of the game.
It was Doncaster’s third successive home league draw, while they are still waiting for their first win over Posh since 2011 – when Ferguson was at the London Road helm.
Despite blunting a previously free-scoring Posh, Ferguson said he is desperate to pick up three points at home.
