A Lawyer is taking a village trust to court, claiming yobs using a play area next to her house have taught her young child swear words.
Solicitor Marie Sampson says she and her family have been plagued by noise.
The facility, which includes sports pitches and is used by local Cubs and Brownies groups, opened two years ago behind the 44-year-old’s £600,000 New Forest home.
Since then, the mum of two has logged more than 100 incidents, with antisocial behaviour beyond the 8pm closing time.
