And he vowed to take back the key regions Putin is claiming.
President Zelensky said: "The territorial integrity of Ukraine will be restored. And our reaction to the recognition of the results by Russia will be very harsh." The Russian tyrant will hold a celebratory ceremony in Moscow and then deliver a speech today.
This was branded a "Kremlin freak show" by President Zelensky's adviser Mykhailo Podolyak.
