ADELE has told of her reconciliation with her estranged father, whose death closed her biggest wound.

The chart-topping singer, 33, said his “absolute lack of presence and effort caused her childhood trauma.

And she revealed a therapist had encouraged her to address her sad seven-year-old self during their sessions.

Adele played dad Marc Evans her new album, 30, before his death in April.

It contains a song about their strained ties, To Be Loved.
