PAUL INCE reckons Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will build his own squad of Manchester United legends once the coronavirus crisis is over.

The Red Devils have improved under the Norwegian and were fifth in the Premier League before the campaign was paused.

Solskjaer was backed last summer and secured Harry Maguire for £80million then splashed the cash again in January with Bruno Fernandes costing £47m.

United are now understood to be eyeing Atletico Madrid duo Saul Niguez, 25 and Joao Felix, 20.

Ince says United chief executive Ed Woodward will make sure Solskjaer gets the players he needs.

“What fans want is exciting players and heroes in their team,” he said. “There haven’t been enough of those in recent years at United.
