Lockdown party in shed is last straw for legend’s lover

Paul Gascoigne was dumped by his new girlfriend after he was filmed joining boozers at a makeshift pub in lockdown.

Gazza had found love with mum-of-two Wendy Leech, 43, after meeting her in Spain.

They had self-isolated together in Bridlington, East Yorks.

But Wendy was livid when the former England star, 52, who has battled alcoholism, was filmed in a “lads’ pad” near a mobile home site in Gainsborough, Lincs.

She was upset he had put their health at risk at the height of the coronavirus pandemic and returned to her flat in Salford, Lancs.

She told Gazza she did not want to see him again unless he could change his ways.

A family friend said: “Wendy was really keen on Paul and thinks he’s lovely but couldn’t trust him to behave responsibly.
