FEARS were mounting last night that mad Vlad Putin also has plans to invade Moldova.
The country's foreign ministry said it had “deep concern" over comments by a top Kremlin military chief, who hinted at future action against the former Soviet state.
Rustam Minnekayev hinted Russian forces could move into Transnistria - internationally recognised as part of Moldova - in order to protect "oppressed" Russian speakers.
