FOOTBALL legend Peter Shilton has called on clubs to ditch gambling adverts.
The former England player, 71, who battled a betting addiction for years, warned they are driving some fans to consider suicide.
He accused club chiefs of money-grabbing despite the dangers posed by the ads.
