IRISH composer Frank McNamara has spoken of his battle with oesophageal cancer after he was diagnosed with Covid-19 last July.
The former Late Late Show musician was being treated in hospital for coronavirus when doctors discovered he also suffered from mild emphysema.
He outlined how he began feeling unwell again while recovering from long Covid and how certain food items were getting stuck in his throat.
