CONNECTING NORTH AND SOUTH — An aerial shot provides a view of a section of the 18-kilometer Skyway 3 which connects the South Luzon Expressway to the North Luzon Expressway from Osmeña Highway in Makati to Balintawak in Quezon City at the entrance of NLEX. It opens partially to motorists today.

The Skyway 3, the county’s longest elevated expressway that links southern and northern Luzon was originally slated to open in April but the lockdown as well as a fire incident set back its schedule.
