STAFF and students at Stuart Road Primary School are celebrating after high praise from Ofsted.
The academy, part of Reach South Academy Trust, was judged as continuing to offer a Good quality of education across every category for the first time in its history, clearly demonstrating the high level of education which is taking place on a daily basis.
The report outlines that pupils' behaviour is good, and they join in enthusiastically with their lessons. They have confidence in how staff manage behaviour and move sensibly around the site, with staff supervising this well at all times.
Lessons are rarely disrupted, while pupils understand what is expected of them and so concentrate on their lessons, the report said.
James Gentile, Executive Headteacher at Stuart Road Primary School said: “Everyone at Stuart Road Primary School is so pleased with this Ofsted report, which we think really reflects the great work that happens every day here.
