Russia's top counterintelligence agency has blamed Ukrainian spy services for organising the killing of the daughter of a leading Russian nationalist ideologue in a car bombing near Moscow.

Daria Dugina, the 29-year-old daughter of Alexander Dugin, philosopher, writer and political theorist described by some in the West as Russian President Vladimir "Putin's brain", died when an explosive planted in her car exploded as she was driving on Saturday night.
