Kharge, who is the CEO of Young Indian, has been summoned again amid indications of the investigation moving closer to probing the role of Sonia Gandhi and her two children under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). The Gandhis incorporated Young Indian and acquired AJL sometime in 2011-12. Pawan Bansal, the MD of AJL and also the interim treasurer of Congress, has been summoned by the ED on Tuesday in connection with the transactions of AJL and the Young Indian.
