Actress Adah Sharma, who’s been exercising from home, says, “Anyone can do these home workouts — they don’t need much space. I started with doing pranayam and breathing. I now do handstands, which needs just two tile spaces at home, same for the hula hoop, which is a lot of fun. Stretches are something can one can do anywhere, even in bed. I also do Surya namaskars and cartwheels. That said, the main thing is to find what works for you and to enjoy what you do.”
