Experts recommend that children get at least 60 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous exercise each day to not only promote their health but also for many other important other reasons too. Exercise has been shown to stimulate brain growth in children, helps them to focus and can even make it easier for kids to learn. Exercise also improves mood - and with the challenges presented to children over the pandemic, taking regular exercise is an important boost to their mental health in both childhood and in adulthood too.
