One day, Emperor Akbar was riding his horse in his gardens along with his wise minister, Birbal. The Emperor was thrilled to see the lush greenery around him and muttered to himself, “What a delight it would be to ride a green horse in these green fields!”
He then turned to Birbal and ordered, “ You must get me a green horse within the next seven days. If you cannot get me one, you need not show your face in the palace anymore!”
