Kelly Clark is delighted to pass the 150-appearance milestone at Celtic, and is determined to help the Hoops secure silverware this season
KELLY Clark recently recorded her 150th appearance in Glasgow’s green and white during an emphatic 5-1 away win over Spartans, and she is determined to help the Hoops contend for trophies come the end of the women’s season.
Results like that – not to mention a 4-0 win over Forfar Farmington on the opening day of the campaign, and a 7-0 trouncing of Dundee United in the SPWL Cup – stand the Ghirls in good stead to do just that, and Celtic’s own captain marvel has confidence in the challenge she and her team-mates pose this year.
Clark dons the skipper’s armband with pride, and told the Celtic View her recent stints behind the microphone with Celtic TV have helped her performance on the pitch.
Celtic have recorded some great results so far this season. Are you pleased with your start to the campaign?
